I. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We use Premium Secure Handling to ensure all lighting products are carefully protected throughout the entire shipping process, including fragile materials such as ceramic, glass, wood, and electronic components.

Some oversized, fragile, or heavy products are shipped via sea freight due to their size, weight, or packaging protection requirements.
Sea freight shipping is significantly more time-intensive than standard air delivery. While air shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, sea freight items may require 3–5 weeks or longer after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier schedules, and customs processing.
All sea freight products are clearly marked with “HEAVY_SHIP” on the product page before purchase.
These items are carefully processed and dispatched as soon as they enter the shipping cycle. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is handed over to the logistics carrier.

- Standard Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are fully included in your order total. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

- Failed Delivery: If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping fees may apply.
