We utilize Premium Secure Handling to ensure all delicate lighting components—from specialized glass to precision electronics—are protected throughout their journey.

II. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • 📢 SEASONAL NOTICE (Feb 2026): Due to extremely high demand and our meticulous hand-testing process, orders placed during the holiday period will be prioritized for quality inspection and dispatched starting February 25th, 2026. Thank you for choosing craftsmanship over speed.
  • Customized/Pre-sale Items: Processing times vary. Please refer to the specific timelines listed on individual product pages.

III. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record. You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Lumiosa Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

IV. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • How to Track: Monitor your shipment via your Lumiosa account dashboard or carrier websites (USPS, DHL, FedEx).

V. Delays, Exceptions & Address Policy

  • Force Majeure: Lumiosa is not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events (extreme weather, holiday peaks, customs inspections).
  • Address Accuracy: You may modify your shipping address within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
  • Holiday & Pre-sale Schedule: For orders placed during specific holiday or pre-sale windows, the "Estimated Dispatch Date" shown on the product page at the time of purchase shall prevail.

VI. Damage Inspection & Returns

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Lighting products contain delicate materials that require careful handling.

  • Reporting Damage: If your product arrives damaged (broken glass, dented metal, or faulty electrical components), take clear photos/videos of the packaging and the item immediately.
  • 48-Hour Deadline: All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Quality Issues: Lumiosa covers all return shipping costs.
    • Personal Reasons: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., disliking the item, change of mind, or incorrect size selection), the shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. A trackable shipping method is strictly required to ensure the safe arrival of the return.
    • Note: As our premium products are shipped globally, please be aware that international return shipping fees can be substantial. We encourage you to review product specifications carefully or contact our support team with any questions before purchasing.

VII. Seasonal & Winter Advisory ❄️

Extreme temperatures can affect lighting materials (glass, liquids, and electronics). For customers in regions experiencing freezing temperatures (below 0°C/32°F):

  • Acclimation Period: We strictly recommend letting your lamp acclimate to indoor room temperature for at least 24–48 hours before unboxing or plugging it in.
  • Preventing Thermal Shock: This wait time prevents glass from cracking due to rapid temperature changes and ensures electrical components are free from condensation.
  • Operational Note: In winter, some lighting effects may take longer to reach full intensity during the initial use.
