Q1: What if my lamp arrives broken or damaged?

A: If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@lumiosastore.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging. Our team will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. If you purchased Shipping Protection, eligible shipping damage or loss may also be covered under its terms.

Q2: Can I return my order? Are there any fees?

  • 30-Day Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy and applicable consumer rights.
  • Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items: Contact us for an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
  • Change-of-Mind Returns: Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories. A 20% restocking fee may apply where permitted by law.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Lumiosa.
